Acer Aspire One is Acer's new beginning. Published online this is mainly looking for people who are happy to chat with friends. This is a special notebook for users to store large amounts of files, songs and movies. It also has very high capacity. Battery operates up to seven hours.

Acer has a 1.6 GHz Intel Atom N270 with a 533 MHz data bus speed. This model uses the phone intel945 GSEExpress graphics chipset with 512 KB of L2 cache. Notebook is a black diamond with a weight of 2.9 pounds to 1.3 cm high. This low-cost laptop has a widescreen display and wireless capabilities include IEEE 802 11b IEEE 802 11G.

I purchased this laptop December of 2009. I went from a 4 year old 15.6 inch screen HP laptop to this Acer and I had my doubts, especially about performance and screen size but I felt I needed something a bit more portable for my college classes. Despite my concerns, I was not disappointed and extremely glad that I didn’t buy another 00 laptop.
- Screen is vivid, bright and incredibly sharp so the size really was not an issue as I thought it would be.
